CPM Cruwear has indeed brought the toughness up into the range of almost overlapping 3v depending on the heat treat with higher abrasive wear resistance and higher hardness's more usual. It does rc 63 no problem with plenty of toughness for knife purposes. WebApr 1, 2024 · Cruwear was a sprint run. Maxamet is supposed to be regular production but it's been sidelined (hopefully temporarily) due to production issues. S110V is regular production and, of your 3, is the only one you'll find readily available. Which one fits the bill depends on what you value.
