WebCammy player here. This is not how her Cannon Strike works. Not even close. The height (rather she hits high or low) doesn't determine frame advantage/disadvantage. It's WHEN the Cannon Strike connects that determines these things. Cammy wants to hit Cannon Strikes at the tail end of the moves active frames.
